Software built around how you work.
Off-the-shelf software assumes a company that works the way its maker imagined. At some point working around it costs you more than it saves. That is the point where custom is cheaper than it looks.
What we build
Internal systems
Stock, planning, orders, records: the system your people are in all day.
Client portals
Somewhere your clients can look up their own details, orders or invoices, so the phone rings less.
Websites and shops
Fast, findable, and editable by someone who is not a developer.
Integrations
Tying together two systems that refuse to talk to each other. Usually the cheapest fix there is.
When custom software is a bad idea
We would rather say it up front than halfway through. We advise against it when:
- Off-the-shelf software already does ninety percent. Buying beats building.
- The process itself is not sorted yet. Software only sets a messy process in stone.
- Nobody inside the company has time to think along. Then it never becomes anything.
- It has to be done next month and it is big. We will not promise that.
What it costs
No hourly rate that climbs on its own. We agree the scope together, and that scope carries one price and one delivery date. If it grows along the way, you hear what that costs before we build it.
Bigger projects get cut into parts that each work on their own and are delivered on their own.
What it runs on
We build on technology that will still exist in five years and that another developer can pick up. Your code is yours, your data is yours, and you are not locked in to us.
